With Mandarin London you never need to be concerned that the trainer is not to your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about the trainer assigned we will discuss this with you and as required we will allocate a different trainer. We know that you expect to be receiving excellent value for money and we will ensure that this is the case.

We recommend that each lesson consists of a 90 minute session. Unless you are attending a set classroom series of lessons you can decide how many language learning sessions you would like to arrange each week. Note that if 90 minute sessions are not suitable for your own personal circumstances then we can discuss alternatives. Non online sessions under 90 minutes may entail a small extra charge.

We know your time is precious so we will do what we can to fit into your schedule. That is why we also provide evening and weekend slots so that you can make most use of your valuable time. We can also shift specific lessons if they clash with other commitments. We just ask for 72 hour notice to assist us with managing our resources. Additionally you can decide the location for the lesson that best fits your requirements, whether it is your office, your home or a quiet public location in central London. We will come to your preferred location.

We will of course initially ascertain your current language level and your objectives for learning Mandarin and ensure that we provide you with a truly personal learning experience tailored for your needs. This applies whether you need basic conversational skills to enhance your travels around China on vacation, you want to prepare for your exam with confidence or whether you want to learn specific business terminology to support a commercial presentation.
